Has it really been a quarter of a century? Sure enough: Nonsequitur was registered as a not-for-profit corporation in the State of New York on May 4, 1989. Our first two releases came out in March 1990, and that October we were granted Federal non-profit status. We’re not sure how to mark this major anniversary – maybe there will be a festive event, or maybe we’ll just hold steady, doing what we do. But it’s been an honor to work with so many brilliant artists and friends, and to have a hand in facilitating so much creativity. So stay tuned. We’re far from finished!
