ABOUT BOOKING
Nonsequitur usually curates one or two shows per month as part of the Wayward Music Series. We present artists ranging across the spectrum of "experimental" music genres and sub-genres, from esteemed veterans to emerging artists, visiting dignitaries to cherished locals. Sometimes we approach artists, sometimes they approach us, and sometimes we act on suggestions from fellow artists or audience members. Sometimes we book long-time favorites, sometimes we book people we've never heard of before. We usually book many months in advance, but some shows happen on short notice. In short, there is no one way that our programming decisions are made; it's a mysterious blend of intention, chance, luck, and planetary alignment. If you want to pitch an idea for a Nonsequitur concert, send an email to Steve Peters using the form at left. Please include links to your online bio and representative work samples, and optimal dates if you have them. No promises, but it never hurts to ask.
