Pure feedback tones hovering on the threshold of audibility, emerging from and fading back into long silences; extreme minimalism, not really “music” but a kind of vapor, very pure yet almost absent. Originally a sound/visual installation with artist Claire Giovanniello: white paintings wrapped in gauze, and sculpture consisting of nails and thin aluminum rods affixed to the walls in precise geometric patterns.
